How to use
- Shake well. Natural botanicals settle.
- Pour 4 fl oz, half a bottle, and sip it 20–30 minutes before bed, as the last step of a screen-free wind-down. Over ice, neat or gently warmed, as you like.
- Do not take more than 2 servings (1 bottle) a day.
- Put the cap back on, refrigerate, and finish the bottle within 5 days.
Storage and shelf life
- Before opening: store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- After opening: refrigerate, and use within 5 days. Discard anything left after that.
- Best-by date: it is printed on the bottle. Please check it before use.
- Do not use a bottle if its seal is broken or missing.
