The short version
We collect what we need to take your order, ship it and answer you. We count visits ourselves instead of using advertising trackers. We do not sell your personal information, and you can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold at any time.
Who we are
Noddie Night is a trading name of Advanced Community Living Corporation, a New Jersey corporation. When this policy says “we”, “us” or “Noddie Night”, it means that company. We are responsible for the personal information collected through noddienight.com.

What we collect
When you place an order
- Contact and delivery details: your name, email address, shipping address and, if you choose to give it, a phone number for the carrier.
- Order details: the pack you chose, whether it is a one-time purchase or Subscribe & Save, the price, any discount code, the delivery option you picked, your order number and the order's shipping and refund history.
- Payment: you enter your card on a secure page hosted by Stripe. Your card number never touches our server and we never see or store it. Stripe tells us whether the payment succeeded and gives us reference numbers for the payment and, for Subscribe & Save, the subscription.
When you start checkout but do not finish
We want to be plain about this. As soon as you type a valid email address into the checkout window, we save that address together with your name (if you have entered it) and the pack you were looking at, even if you never pay. We use it to send you one reminder email, described under Emails we send. It does not add you to our newsletter.
When you ask to see delivery options, the name, address, email and phone number you typed are sent to our server and on to our shipping partner, Shippo, to fetch live carrier rates. That quote expires after about two hours and is then cleared out in routine clean-up, unless you go on to order.
When you sign up for emails
If you join the newsletter in the footer, or ask for the Sleep Guide by email, we keep your email address, which form you used, and the date you signed up.
When you contact us or use live chat
- Contact form and email: your name, email address, order number if you give one, and your message.
- Live chat: the messages you send, a name if you give one, and a random conversation ID kept in your browser so that replies reach the right window.
So that a real person can answer quickly, contact-form and chat messages are forwarded to our team in a private Telegram chat, and contact-form messages are also emailed to our own inbox. Please do not put card numbers or detailed health information in a message.
When you leave a review
We collect the name you enter, your star rating, and the title and text of your review. The name you enter is shown publicly next to your review, so use only a name you are happy to display, such as a first name and last initial. If you add your email address and order number, we use them only to check that the review comes from a real purchase and to mark it “verified buyer”. Your email address and order number are never shown. A person reads every review before it appears.
When you browse the site
- Our own visit counter. We record which page was viewed and when, plus a few shopping steps such as choosing a pack, opening checkout and completing a purchase. If you press Accept in the cookie notice, a random visitor ID is included so that repeat visits are not counted twice. We do not store your IP address with these records, and they are not linked to your name or email. See Cookies and browser storage.
- Server logs and abuse protection. Like every website, our server briefly records standard request data (IP address, browser type, page requested, time). We also use IP addresses to limit how often our forms can be submitted, which keeps spam and abuse out.
When you open our emails
Our marketing emails and the checkout reminder contain a tiny image and tracked links that tell us whether the email was opened and which link was clicked. This is tied to your email address and helps us see what is useful. Order and shipping emails are not tracked in this way.
What we do not collect
There are no customer accounts or passwords on this site. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not buy information about you from anyone else, and we do not ask for sensitive information such as health details, government ID numbers or precise location.
The site does not currently show “recent purchase” notices about other customers. If we ever add them, this policy will describe them first, they would show no more than a first name and a state, and you would be able to opt out by emailing us.
How we use it
- To take payment, prevent fraud, pack and ship your order, and send you tracking.
- To run a Subscribe & Save plan you have started, including renewals, receipts, failed-payment notices and cancellation.
- To email you about your order, and to send the single checkout reminder described below.
- To send the newsletter or Sleep Guide, only if you asked for them.
- To answer your messages, handle refunds and keep our first-bottle promise to one refund per customer or household.
- To check and publish reviews.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, and to keep it secure and working.
- To keep the tax, accounting and product-safety records the law requires.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Emails we send
- Order emails. Your order confirmation, a shipping email with tracking, and, for Subscribe & Save, renewal receipts, a notice if a payment fails and a cancellation confirmation. These are part of the service, so they are sent whether or not you subscribe to marketing.
- One checkout reminder. If you enter your email address at checkout and leave without paying, we send one reminder, usually within a few hours, with a link back to the pack you chose. There is one reminder per unfinished checkout, and never more than one to the same address in any 30-day period. The checkout window tells you this under the email field.
- Newsletter and Sleep Guide. Sent only if you signed up in the footer or asked for the guide. Expect the guide or a welcome email first, and then the occasional short note.
Buying from us does not add you to our marketing list.
How to stop them. Every marketing email and every checkout reminder has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom, along with our mailing address. Click it, confirm with one button, and we will not send marketing emails or checkout reminders to that address again. You can also email contact@noddienight.com and we will do it for you. Unsubscribing does not stop order and shipping emails for purchases you make.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not set any cookies of our own. We use your browser's local storage and session storage instead, which work in a similar way, and we count visits ourselves, on our own server. We do use one advertising pixel, the Meta Pixel, described below. What is kept for analytics depends on the choice you make in the cookie notice:

Apart from nn_vid, these items are functional: the site needs them to remember your choice, run the chat and complete checkout. None of them is used for advertising. The Meta Pixel described below sets its own cookies separately.
Other companies' content.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising). We run ads on Facebook and Instagram, and this site carries Meta's pixel so we can see which ads lead to orders and stop paying for the ones that do not. It loads on every page unless you press Decline in the cookie notice, in which case it is never loaded at all. It sets Meta's own cookies, and it tells Meta the page you are on, your IP address and browser details, along with a few actions: viewing the shop, choosing a pack, starting checkout, completing a purchase and its amount, asking for the welcome offer, and sending the contact form. It does not send Meta your name, email address, postal address or what you typed in a form. Meta may match this activity to a Facebook or Instagram account. What Meta does with it is covered by Meta's privacy policy. To switch it off here, press Decline under Cookie preferences below; you can also limit off-platform activity inside your Facebook or Instagram settings.
- Google Fonts. Our typefaces load from Google. As with any web request, Google receives your IP address and browser details. Google states that the Fonts service does not set cookies.
- YouTube. The film on our homepage is hosted by YouTube, a Google service. It loads only after you press play, and it uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced address (youtube-nocookie.com). Once you play it, Google receives your IP address and may store information on your device under Google's privacy policy.
- Stripe. The payment page is run by Stripe on its own domain. Stripe uses cookies there to process payments and prevent fraud, under Stripe's privacy policy.
You can change your mind at any time.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the companies that help us run the store, and only what each one needs:

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to our professional advisers, to deal with fraud or a payment dispute, or to a buyer of the business, who would have to honor this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it

We review what we hold at least once a year and delete or anonymize what we no longer need. If you ask us to delete your information, we do it sooner. See Your rights and choices.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, which is certified to the payment card industry's security standard (PCI DSS). Our order records sit behind a password-protected admin area that only our small team can reach. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Your rights and choices
Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy you can take elsewhere;
- Correct anything that is wrong;
- Delete your information;
- Stop marketing emails and checkout reminders; and
- Stop our visit counter from recording your visits, by pressing Decline in Cookie preferences.
How to ask. Email contact@noddienight.com with the subject “Privacy request”, ideally from the email address you used with us, or write to the mailing address above. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm your order number or reply from the address on file before we act. Someone you have authorized in writing can ask on your behalf.
What happens next. We confirm within 10 business days that we have your request, and we complete it within 45 days. If a request is complicated we may need up to 45 more days, and we will tell you why. There is no charge, and we will never treat you differently for using these rights.
What we may need to keep. The law requires us to keep order, payment and tax records, so we cannot delete those early. We also keep the email address of anyone who has unsubscribed, so that we do not email them again, and a note of who has used the first-bottle refund.
If we say no. We will explain why. You can appeal by replying to that email, and we will look at it again and answer within 45 days. If you are still unhappy, you can contact your state's Attorney General.
California and other states
Privacy laws in California and a growing number of other states, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and New Jersey, give residents rights like the ones above. Many of those laws apply only to much larger businesses, but we offer the same rights to everyone.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA).
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done either in the past 12 months, including for anyone under 16.
- In the past 12 months we collected these categories: identifiers (name, email address, postal address, phone number, IP address), commercial information (what you ordered), internet activity (pages viewed on this site, and opens and clicks of our marketing emails), and the content of messages and reviews you sent us. The sources, purposes and recipients are described in the sections above.
- We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for anything other than providing what you asked for.
- You have the right to know, delete, correct and receive a copy of your information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. See how to ask.
- Under California's “Shine the Light” law: we do not disclose personal information to other companies for their own direct marketing.
Browser privacy signals. Signals such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track exist to stop the sale or sharing of data and cross-site tracking. We do neither, so there is nothing for them to switch off. To stop our own visit counter, press Decline in Cookie preferences.
Nevada residents. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law.
Children
Noddie Night is for adults aged 18 and over, and this site is not directed at anyone younger. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we will also put a notice on the site or email our subscribers before it takes effect.
