This policy explains what information Noddie Night collects when you visit noddienight.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it deliberately short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you email us to reserve a bundle or ask a question, we receive your email address and whatever you put in that message.
Basic server logs. Our web server records standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

This site does not currently run advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or behavioural tracking, and it does not set marketing cookies.

How we use it

To reply to you and, if you asked, to tell you when checkout opens.
To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except where we must to operate the site (for example our web host) or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short period and then rotated out.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing at any time. Email us and we will action it.

Children

Noddie Night is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
