Refund Policy

Our first-bottle promise

We want your first Noddie Night to be an easy thing to try. If you order and it is simply not for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the price of one bottle. There is no need to send anything back, and no awkward questions.

• It applies to your first order only, whatever size of pack you bought.
• One refund per customer and per household.
• The refund is the price of one bottle, worked out from what you actually paid for your pack. If you bought a multi-bottle pack, that is the pack price divided by the number of bottles.
• Shipping is not refundable.
• The first box of a Subscribe & Save plan counts as a first order.

This is a refund of one bottle, not of your whole order. We offer it in place of returns because Noddie Night is a consumable, and for health and safety reasons we cannot take bottles back.

What you get back

If you paid less, because you used a discount code or chose Subscribe & Save, the refund is worked out the same way from the lower price. For example, The Fortnight on Subscribe & Save costs $84.15, so the refund is $14.03.

How to claim

1. Email billing@noddienight.com within 30 days of delivery, from the email address you ordered with if you can.
2. Include your order number. It starts with NN- and is in your confirmation email.
3. Tell us briefly what did not work for you. This is optional, but it genuinely helps us improve.
4. We reply within one business day to confirm, and we send the refund to your original payment method.

When the money arrives

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe. Once we have issued the refund, it typically takes 5–10 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank. We cannot refund to a different card or by another method.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

This is separate from the first-bottle promise, and it applies to every order, not just your first. If your order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or never turns up, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, whichever you prefer. A full refund here includes the shipping you paid.

• For damaged or wrong items, the 14 days run from delivery. A photo helps us and the carrier.
• For a package that has not arrived, the 14 days run from the expected delivery date.
• There is nothing to send back. Please do not drink from a bottle that arrived leaking or cracked, or with a broken or missing seal.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not shipped yet, email us as soon as you can and we will cancel it and refund it in full, shipping included. Orders usually leave within 1–2 business days, so please be quick. Once an order has shipped we cannot cancel it, but the first-bottle promise above still applies if it is your first order.

Subscribe & Save

You can cancel a Subscribe & Save plan at any time, in either of two ways. Email billing@noddienight.com, reply to any order email, or use our contact form, before your next billing date: the cancellation takes effect as soon as we receive it, you will not be charged again, and we confirm by email. Or use the “Manage or cancel your subscription” link in your Subscribe & Save emails, which opens a secure Stripe page where you can cancel yourself right away. To skip a month or pause, email us; that is not yet self-service.

• If a renewal charge goes through after your cancellation request reached us, we refund that charge in full.
• If you forgot to cancel and the renewal box has not shipped yet, email us right away and we will cancel the box and refund it in full.
• A box that has already shipped is covered by the damaged, wrong or missing cover above. The first-bottle promise applies to your first box only.

Returns

We do not ask for returns, and because Noddie Night is a consumable we cannot accept bottles back for resale, opened or unopened. Outside the first-bottle promise and the damaged, wrong or missing cover above, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

Please do not mail bottles to us unless we have asked you to. If we ever do ask, for example to look into a quality concern, we will email you a prepaid label, and the package goes to:

The Night Shelf

Items from The Night Shelf (eye masks, pillows, bedding, sound and light) are not consumables, so they have their own, simpler rule:

• 30 days to change your mind. Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email orders@noddienight.com with your order number (it starts with NS-) first, and we will send you return instructions. Return postage for a change of mind is yours.
• Damaged, faulty or wrong. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, and you will not pay to send anything back.
• Hygiene items. For hygiene reasons, ear plugs and eye masks can only be returned unopened, unless they arrive faulty.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of being approved.

Card disputes

If a charge looks wrong, or you are not happy with how something was handled, please email us before you contact your bank. We answer within one business day and can normally put things right faster than a card dispute, which can take weeks and freezes the refund while the bank looks at it. This does not take away any right you have with your card issuer.
